Fully net entire pool and spa
Clean salt chlorinator cell monthly (where applicable)
Add water clarifiers and plaster cleaners as needed to maintain plaster and
pebble-Tec finishes
Fully brush tile (waterline), walls, steps and floors each visit as needed
Check and adjust automatic cleaners and pool vacuums as needed, repair as needed
(parts additional)
Add Phosphate removers, algae treatments and other non-essential chemicals to keep
pool in optimal condition
Completely Vacuum the entire pool and spa as needed
Add salt for automatic chlorinators as needed (no additional charge)
Lube Pump O-ring, backwash valve o-rings, Jandy valves and other accessible o-rings
as needed
