Our equipment warranty is one year parts only, one year labor is given only if weekly customer. This applies to whole goods ONLY (New Pumps, Filters, etc.) and does not apply to filter grids/cartridges, wear parts on pool vacuums, light bulbs, etc. If you are not one of our weekly service customers then only the manufacturers warranty (if any) is implied.
When repairs are made to a pump, filter, etc. ONLY the manufacturer’s warranty (if any)
is applied.
Hawaiian Pool Service warranties our labor for ONLY 30 days from the date repair(s)
are performed.
Since our suppliers are closed, we will also be closed and will not perform any services on the following observed holidays
